By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read all salon guidelines and are comfortable with the risks associated with booking a non-essential personal service during this time of transition and you will not hold Salon Phoenix and its employees liable for any injury, illness or health conditions that arises from the application of non-essential personal services.
If you arrive with visible signs of respiratory illness (sneezing, coughing, etc) even while wearing a mask, I will ask you to leave. This will constitute a NO SHOW as per my regular cancellation policy.
