SALON POLICIES

Note: No Services will be Rendered to Clients who are accompanied by children under 13 years of age

There are a few ways to enter the building; one entrance is on 8th Street (side of building); take elevator to 4th floor; walk across breezeway to end of hall/follow signs), and another entrance is directly on Monroe Street in between Shaka Bowl & The Turquoise Cup  (take elevator up to 4th floor and make a left; follow signs); street parking available; VERY limited parking lot availability; please leave note on dashboard stating your first name & that you will be at Salon Phoenix for an appointment (as per Monroe Center Policy); please take this into consideration when arriving on time for your appointment;  *if you enter the building after 7 p.m., the doors may be locked so please look up the salon under “S” for Salon Phoenix in the directory, press the button and I can buzz you in.) Depending on what's going on with construction, the door in between the breezeways outside by Panello's may be open, as well.  Follow same directions as entering on 8th street in this case.

 Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. I reserve the right to collect fees for late cancellations and no shows. See below.  

Cancellation Fees:

-Cancellations of more than 48 hours will result in no fees. All clients receive appointment confirmations via text and/or email at least 3 days (72 hrs) before their appointment.  If you book your appointment less than three days from the date, you usually will not receive a confirmation.  

-Less than 48 hour notice ("Late Cancels") will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.  Fee will be charged to the credit card you must store on file when you originally book your appointment.  

-“NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.  Fee will be charged to the credit card you must store on file when you originally book your appointment.  

-***If you book multiple service appointments and upon arrival, do not fulfill that commitment, you will be charged 100% for the services that you do not complete.  For example, if you booked a haircut and a full balayage and then upon arrival decide you only want the balayage, you will be charged 100% of the haircut or whichever service for which you do not do.  Please call or go into your account online at least 72 hours before your visit to adjust your appointment if you feel you may no longer need a service.  This will respectfully allow other clients on a waiting list to book a service in the time slot that you no longer require.  

Late Policy:

I reserve the right to request clients to reschedule for arrivals 15 minutes or more past scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we have to reschedule, you will be charged the 50% NO SHOW cancellation fee.  If you arrive accompanied by children under the ages of 13, no service will be rendered & this will constitute a NO SHOW and you will be charged 50% of the service appointment.
